A name, phone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that operates the results. Our servers do not keep a copy of those search entries. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Hosting systems retain ordinary server-log information, such as IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review aggregate information to maintain the service and understand usage. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the service, address technical problems, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
Outside Links and Search Results
Links may lead to county or state portals, library collections, archives, and outside search tools. The policy of the destination controls information submitted there. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process server-log data for the service. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when required by valid legal process.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described here. There are no site accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles for us to expose.
Visitors Under 18
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18; contact us if you believe a minor has sent information so it can be deleted.
Your Information Choices
You may ask to access, correct, or remove personal information that this service keeps. Because we retain very little, a request normally concerns the contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Research found no general Ohio consumer-data deletion statute applicable to this private reference. Ohio public records remain with their custodian: R.C. 149.43 governs access, while R.C. 149.45 provides a limited online-display redaction process for specified personal information.
